Position: Business Development Executive

Job Location: C-10, First Floor, Sector-3, Noida, U.P- 201301 (Landmark: Near Byjus Office)

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: 1-5 years

Business Development Executive Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients in the target market and effectively reach out to them through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and networking events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, requirements, and pain points.
  • Generate leads and drive the sales process from initial contact to contract signing, ensuring a smooth transition to the account management team.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and conversion.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits and value proposition of our cloud hosting solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals while adhering to company policies and profitability targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities and formulate strategies accordingly.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant information to the management team.

Business Development Executive Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  2. Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the IT or cloud hosting industry.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
  4. Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
  5. Self-motivated and target-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
  6. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools to manage leads, contacts, and pipelines.
  7. Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a strategic mindset.
  8. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
