We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team in Noida Delhi and New Delhi. As a BDE, you will play a key role in driving sales and business growth for our organization. This position is open to female candidates only.
Business Development Executive Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
- Identify and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business objectives and offer suitable solutions.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ activities.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
Calling Job for Females job Requirement:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Inside Sales, Educational Sales, International Sales, or Hardcore Sales on papers
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and converting leads into sales
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Good understanding of the BPO/Call Centre industry and its dynamics
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Working Days and Shift:
The job follows a 5-day work week.
The work schedule is in the day shift.
Salary and Incentives:
The salary for this position ranges from 30,000 to 80,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
Incentives will be provided based on individual and team performance.
