Job Description for Sales Executive Infoedge
Engagements & Interactions: Your role involves building strong relationships with important clients and individuals who make decisions within the client’s organization. You’ll be responsible for achieving sales goals by promoting a range of our products, including suggesting additional services to existing clients.
Client Servicing: You’ll also be in charge of taking care of our clients. This includes organizing recruitment campaigns, keeping an eye on how our products are being used, providing training as needed, and collecting feedback from the people who use our products.
Closure and Collection: When it comes to finalizing deals, you’ll handle potential new clients, negotiate terms, and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed correctly. You’ll also make sure that payments are received on time.
Consultative Sales Approach: To excel in this role, you’ll need to really understand our clients’ businesses and what they require. You’ll then propose tailored solutions using our Naukri services. You’ll work closely with various teams, both inside and outside our company, to ensure our clients have the best possible experience. You’ll also track how well our products are working for them and provide the relevant data to the right people.
Process Compliance: Lastly, it’s important to follow all the rules and guidelines set by our company and partner with other departments, such as Legal and Finance, to ensure everything is done correctly and in compliance with our processes.
