Telus International Voice Process Job Role & Responsibilities

  • Handle and resolve customer queries through phone calls
  • Assist customers with product-related information and service completion
  • Ensure high-quality conversations with quick resolution
  • Maintain exceptional customer experience and responsiveness
  • Follow all policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines
  • Provide accurate information related to products/services
  • Help build customer knowledge resources
  • Suggest creative ideas to improve customer service and efficiency
Eligibility CriteriaSalary & Benefits
Minimum 1 year of International Customer Service experience
Excellent verbal & written English communication
Strong grammar and typing accuracy
Comfortable with night shifts
Must be open to Work From Office
Good customer handling & problem-solving skills
Annual Package: ₹3.5 – ₹4.2 LPA
