- Handle inbound calls from UK-based customers.
- Resolve customer queries as per call flow and process guidelines.
- Ensure first call resolution and follow escalation protocols when required.
- Maintain logs and trackers (escalation log, complaint tracker, etc.).
- Adhere to break schedules and maintain data confidentiality.
- Participate in team activities and feedback sessions to improve performance.
Requirements:
