  • Handle customer queries via chat and other non-voice channels.
  • Provide accurate, timely responses to customer issues.
  • Ensure conversation quality, professionalism, and compliance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for escalations.
  • Maintain service records and follow process guidelines.
  • Work in rotational shifts including night shifts.
