As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the face of Lenskart, assisting customers over phone, email, and chat. You’ll help resolve queries, manage complaints, and ensure that every customer has a great experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers through calls, emails, and chat.
  • Handle inbound calls (70+ calls per day) efficiently and courteously.
  • Resolve queries and complaints related to orders, products, or services.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to relevant departments.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure problem resolution.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate (mandatory).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
